General betting rules

You must be aged 18 or over to use our betting and casino services. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, protecting your login information and using your account only for your own play. We hold a gaming licence and may verify your identity, age, payment method or source of funds when required.

One account for each player

You may have only one personal account with us. Do not open, control or use another account, including an account opened in another name. If we identify duplicate or connected accounts, we may restrict access while we carry out the necessary account checks. Any action affecting a balance or bet will follow the applicable terms and the records we hold.

Your account may support both real-money play and bonus-balance play. The balance used for a bet is shown in the game or cashier before you confirm the transaction. Real-money funds and bonus funds may have different conditions, and the relevant bonus terms apply whenever bonus funds, bonus winnings or a promotional feature is involved.

Bets cannot be changed after acceptance

Before you place a bet or spin, check the stake, selected game, bet level and any other information shown on screen. A bet or spin is final once it has been accepted by our systems. It cannot normally be cancelled, amended or withdrawn after acceptance. This applies even if you change your mind, close the game or leave the account before the result appears.

  • A bet is accepted only when it is recorded by our game or betting server.
  • The stake displayed at confirmation is the amount that will be used for the accepted bet.
  • If a transaction is not accepted or recorded, it is not treated as a completed bet.
  • You must not place a bet if you do not understand the stake, balance or game conditions shown.

How bets and spins are settled

Bets and spins are settled using the result generated and recorded by the relevant game server. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the malfunction rules below. This applies whether the result is a win, loss, tie, feature outcome, bonus round or another outcome defined by the game.

Game rules and paytables apply

Each game has its own rules, symbols, winning combinations, features, limits and paytable. Read the help or information panel in the game before playing. The in-game rules explain how a round is formed, when a result is settled, how a feature is triggered and how any prize is calculated.

The return-to-player figure is shown in each game. This is a statistical figure calculated over a large number of plays, not a promise of what an individual spin or session will return. It does not change the result of a particular round and does not mean that a player will receive that percentage during a single visit.

Displayed results and account records

The result displayed in the game and the settled transaction recorded in your account are used to determine the outcome. A winning amount, if applicable, is credited in line with the game rules and any terms applying to the funds used. If the display and account history appear different, do not place another bet to try to correct the position. Save the details and contact support so we can look into the recorded round.

  • The game rules and paytable in force when the bet is accepted apply to that bet.
  • A result is not changed because a player expected a different outcome or because a feature did not appear.
  • The account history, game record and server record may be used together when confirming settlement.
  • Any applicable bonus restriction continues to apply to a win made with bonus funds.

Malfunctions and disconnected games

A malfunction can include a technical fault, incorrect game behaviour, communication error, data problem or another failure that prevents a game or bet from operating as intended. If a malfunction affects a game, bet, spin, feature or result, the affected play and all pays arising from it are void. We may correct the account record to reflect the valid position.

You must not continue to place bets when a game is displaying an error, behaving unexpectedly or failing to show a clear result. Close the game if possible and contact support with the game name, approximate time and round details. Do not attempt to exploit a fault or repeat an action to obtain an additional payout.

If your connection is lost

A disconnected game may resume when you reconnect. If the round has already been recorded, it may settle on reconnection and the result will be applied to the account record. Reconnecting does not cancel a bet that was accepted before the connection was lost. If the game cannot be restored immediately, wait for the account or game history to update before starting another round.

A temporary display problem does not by itself change the server result. We may use the server record, transaction history and game data to establish whether play was accepted. The same records show whether a malfunction affected it.

Bonus play and bonus balances

Bonus funds are available only under the bonus terms shown when the offer is accepted. Those terms set out who can use the bonus, how it is activated, the qualifying play required, any expiry or withdrawal conditions, and the games or stakes that count. If the bonus terms conflict with a game display, the applicable bonus terms explain which conditions apply.

Maximum bets and game contributions

A maximum bet of £5 applies while bonus funds or bonus winnings are in use. The maximum bet includes any stake, multiplier, feature purchase or other amount identified in the bonus terms. Do not increase a stake above the permitted level while completing bonus conditions. A breach may mean that the bonus or related winnings are removed where the bonus terms allow this.

Games do not always contribute equally towards bonus conditions. The game contribution shown in the bonus terms applies to the relevant play. Some games or features may contribute less, while jackpot games, table games and video poker do not contribute at all. The contribution shown in your account is the one to use when checking progress.

Using and withdrawing bonus funds

The balance label in the game or cashier identifies whether you are using real-money funds, bonus funds or winnings subject to bonus conditions. If you have more than one balance, the order in which funds are used is shown in your account or the bonus terms. Any withdrawal request may be affected by conditions that have not yet been completed.

Do not use more than one account to obtain, transfer or complete a bonus. We may remove a bonus or associated winnings if the offer is used contrary to its terms or if account information cannot be verified. The same applies if the activity indicates an attempt to bypass the stated conditions.

Live casino and table rules

Live casino games are settled under the rules displayed in the individual table. Read the table help before placing a bet, including the available bet types, limits, dealing procedure, settlement order and treatment of ties or special outcomes. Game-specific rules in each table's help take priority for that table.

Dealer decisions and accepted bets

The dealer's decisions and the table's recorded result determine the outcome of the round. This is subject to the table rules and any applicable technical fault provision. Dealer decisions about dealing, drawing, stopping, card value or the completion of a round are final for that round unless the table rules state otherwise.

A bet is accepted only during the betting period shown at the table. Late bets, bets placed after betting has closed and changes attempted after acceptance are not valid. If the interface appears to accept an action after the betting period, the table record determines whether that action was accepted before betting closed.

If you are disconnected during a live round, reconnect to the same table and check the round status. A bet accepted before disconnection remains subject to the table result. A round may resume or settle when the connection is restored. Do not place a second bet to replace one that may already be recorded.

  • Use the table's help panel to confirm the rules before you play.
  • Check the selected stake and betting area before confirming a bet.
  • Late bets are not treated as valid bets simply because they appear briefly on screen.
  • The table record and dealer result are used to settle the round.

Disputes and support

If you believe a bet, spin, bonus outcome or live table round has not been settled correctly, contact us as soon as possible. Write to support@cherry-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, available 05:00-21:00 GMT. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant transaction.

What to include in a dispute

  • Your account details, without sending your password or full payment credentials.
  • The game or table name.
  • The approximate date and time of the event.
  • The round, bet or transaction number, if it is shown in your account.
  • The stake, balance type and outcome displayed.
  • A clear description of what happened, including any error message or disconnection.

We use the information supplied with your message together with the relevant game, account and server records to look into the issue. Keep screenshots or other details that may help identify the round. Our support team may ask for further information or account verification before discussing account-specific matters.

If you need help with gambling rather than a settlement dispute, support is available through GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. These organisations offer advice about gambling harm. You can also set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude in your account.
