Accepting and changing these terms

By accessing Cherry Casino, opening an account, depositing money, placing a bet or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. They form an agreement between you and us. If you do not accept them, you must not use your account or our services.

Other rules may apply to particular games, promotions, payment services or features. We will show those rules before or when you use the relevant service. They form part of these Terms & Conditions. If a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms apply to that promotion.

We may change these terms when necessary, including to reflect changes to our services, security requirements, legal duties or safer gambling processes. We will make the updated version available on the site. Where a change materially affects your use of the account, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use Cherry Casino after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

  • You are responsible for checking the current version of these terms before using our services.
  • You must follow any instructions, game rules and account conditions shown on the site.
  • These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
  • If you need help understanding a term, contact support before continuing to use the relevant service.

Who may use an account and how we verify it

Cherry Casino is for people aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. By opening an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally able to enter into this agreement. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts as part of our regulatory and security duties.

  • You may have one personal account only. You must not open an account for another person or allow another person to use yours.
  • All information you provide must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, address, email address and payment information.
  • You must tell us promptly if any account information changes or becomes inaccurate.
  • You must use the account for your own personal entertainment and not for a business, syndicate or other third party.
  • You must keep your username, password and other login details confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
  • Tell us immediately through support@cherry-casino.co.uk or live chat if you suspect that someone has accessed your account.

We may check whether you are eligible to use the site at any time. You must not access or use the site from a place where doing so would be unlawful. We may restrict access if we cannot confirm your age, identity, residence or right to use the account.

Identity, age and source-of-funds checks

We will carry out identity, age and address checks before your first withdrawal, and may carry out further checks during your use of the account. Where required, we may also ask for information about the source of your funds. These checks help us prevent underage gambling, fraud, money laundering and the misuse of payment methods.

If we ask for documents or information, you must provide clear, genuine and current material within the time we give you. Until the checks are complete, we may limit deposits, play or withdrawals. If information cannot be confirmed, we may suspend or close the account in line with these terms and applicable requirements.

Deposits, withdrawals and account balances

You may deposit using the payment methods shown in the cashier. The payment method must be in your name or otherwise authorised for your use. You must not use a card, account or other payment method belonging to another person. We may reject or return a payment where ownership, security or compliance checks are not satisfied.

The deposit and withdrawal limits available to you are those shown in the cashier or your account. You are responsible for selecting limits that suit your circumstances. A deposit may remain pending until it has been authorised by the payment provider and our security checks are complete.

  • Where possible, withdrawals will be sent back using the same payment method used for the related deposit.
  • If that method cannot receive a withdrawal, we may offer another method available in your account.
  • We may delay a withdrawal while identity, age, address, payment or source-of-funds checks are completed.
  • We may ask you to confirm payment details or provide further documents before releasing funds.
  • You must not cancel or reverse a payment through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us about the issue.

Your account balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. You should use only money that you can afford to lose. If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be unauthorised, we may remove the related amount and any resulting winnings, and may suspend the account while we investigate.

We will process valid withdrawal requests in line with the information shown in your account. Each request remains subject to these terms and the applicable checks. Any specific conditions attached to the relevant deposit or promotion also apply.

Bonuses and promotional offers

Each bonus or promotional offer has its own terms. Those terms explain who can use the offer and how it must be claimed. They also set out any qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the expiry date, the maximum bet and any restrictions on games, payment methods or withdrawals.

  • You must meet all offer conditions before a bonus or related winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bets above a stated maximum bet may make the bonus and associated winnings ineligible where the offer terms say so.
  • Wagering requirements may apply to the bonus, the deposit, or both. The relevant offer terms will explain how they work.
  • An expired, cancelled or withdrawn offer cannot normally be reinstated unless we agree otherwise.
  • A promotion must not be used with multiple accounts, false information, collusion, automated play, payment abuse or any other conduct intended to obtain an unfair benefit.

If we identify a breach of promotional terms or an attempt to misuse an offer, we may remove the bonus, restrict access to future promotions or adjust the account balance, where permitted by the offer terms and applicable law. We may also suspend the account while we establish what happened. We will not use a promotion to override your statutory rights.

Promotional terms are separate from the general account terms, but both apply. If you are unsure about a wagering requirement, maximum bet or expiry condition, please contact support. It is best to do this before you use the offer.

Safer gambling, account closure and suspension

Cherry Casino is for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling should remain entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. You can use the deposit limits, time-outs and other controls shown in your account to manage your play. Our support team and live chat can help explain the available options.

You can request self-exclusion through support@cherry-casino.co.uk or live chat. During self-exclusion, we will restrict access to your account for the selected period or until the exclusion is ended in accordance with the applicable process. You must not try to open another account during self-exclusion.

Help is also available outside Cherry Casino. GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline all offer support. They provide information about gambling harm.

When an account may be closed or suspended

You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@cherry-casino.co.uk or using live chat. We may also close or suspend an account if it has been inactive, if you breach these terms or if information is inaccurate. The same applies if payments are disputed, or if we need to act for security, legal or regulatory reasons.

While an account is suspended, you may not deposit, play or open another account. We may complete checks before allowing a withdrawal or confirming the balance. If an account is closed because of a breach, we may cancel affected bonuses or transactions where permitted. Any valid balance will be dealt with after the necessary checks.

Complaints, disputes, liability and governing law

How to make a complaint

If you are unhappy with our service, an account decision, a payment or a transaction, contact support@cherry-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Please provide your account details, the subject of your complaint, relevant dates and any information that will help us understand the issue. Do not send your password.

We will acknowledge and look into your complaint within a reasonable time. We may ask for further information and will explain our position once we have considered the available facts. Keeping a clear record of your communications can help us resolve the matter efficiently.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, an alternative dispute resolution process may be available. We will provide information about the applicable process when appropriate. You may also have rights to use other routes available under applicable law.

Service responsibility and liability

We take reasonable care to provide a secure and reliable service. However, access may sometimes be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, payment provider issues or events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for loss caused by your equipment, internet connection, failure to keep login details safe, or your breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute connected with them will be handled under those laws. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
